1: WHEN IS MY RENT DUE?
Our policy is that rent is due on the 1st and a $50 late fee is charged if we do not receive it in full by the 3rd calendar day of the month unless otherwise stated differently in your rental agreement.
If your due date is after the 1st then there is no grace period and the $50 late fee is due if we do not receive the payment by the due date.
2: IF I FAIL TO PAY IN FULL WHEN WILL YOU START AN EVICTION AGAINST ME
Unless your due date is after the15th of the month or other conditions apply in your rental agreement the following will apply.
A) If you gave or received a notice to vacate: Eviction may start as soon as legally allowed once we have served
you a three-day notice to pay rent or quit.
B) If you have NOT given or received a notice to vacate, then the eviction will start on the 10th calendar day
of the month if we have not received full payment by 11.59pm PST on the 9th calendar day of the month
