For environmental reasons and because it is faster and cheaper , email is preferred to snail mail (USPS) .


Notices to vacate should be by snail mail(USPS) , preferably certified mail for your protection.

If we do not confirm we received your email within three business days or you do not have access to email , please send it by snail mail (USP) .For maintenance emergencies call (619) 220-4840 ext 606 any time/day.


We will email you first any written communication , except for some legal documents that will be mailed as well.

If you do not have an email address we will mail you everything.

If you do not reply to an email within five business days we will send it to you again and you still fail to reply after another five business days we will call you to remind you and if after this reminder we still do not get a reply we will call you .

For urgent matters we may call you at any time too.
