5: CAN I CHARGE MORE THAN WAS APPROVED ON THE TICKET ?vexcess.sdcpm.com

1: No, If you charge more on your invoice than we approved, you will only be paid the approved amount
2: If the ticket gives you a separate maximum for labor and for material costs and you exceed either then
    A: You will only be paid the  approved amount for each
    B:  If we already paid you for the materials & this exceeded the authorized limit, we will correct this by deducting the excess from the amount paid for labor.
3. If you anticipate you will need to spend more labor or/and materials to complete a job that was authorized on the ticket please  provide a 
    new BID and wait until the bid is approved in writing by SDCPM
