1:Use RMCAPTURE FOR ALL MAINTENANCE TICKETS including make ready work and PMR's  and bid requests.

2:Choose "all open issues" and then enter the ticket# you are working on.

3:IF YOU DO REPAIRS ON THIS TICKET (and not just inspection report or provide bid) then 
    A:The 1st should be the photo(s) BEFORE you start the work.
    B:The 2nd should be the photo(s)AFTER work has been completed.(Gardeners only need to do this monthly or every other visit if bi-weekly ) 

4:IF MY BATTERY RUNS OUT (SDCPM EMPLOYEES ONLY)

   Employees are provided with a spare battery they should have charged and carry with them at all times so that they can use the spare one if needed.

5: IF RMCAPTURE DOES NOT WORK Call Rent Manager at 513-583-1482 to resolve and  meanwhile, email AC@sdcpm.com the photos with the ticket#.
