A :Follow s.sdcpm.com/meldinvoice

B: If you submit more than one invoice per Meld we will pay the first one only , so combine all work done into one invoice first

C: If the amount of your invoice exceeds the amount authorized in the Meld we will pay you only the authorized amount unless you attach to the Meld written approval you got from SDCPM showing

a higher authorized amount

D: Ensure the text of the invoice can be read from left to right (ie it is rotated correctly ) and is not sideways






Non-maintenance vendors


EMAIL INVOICE TO sdcpm@avidbill.com


 Include PDF attachment under 5MB  One Invoice per PDF (Emails can include multiple attachments)  Include any backup documentation within the invoice PDF (Invoice must be page 1)


You will get an automated email if your invoice was accepted or not.If you do not get the email call (704) 971-8170 for help after checking your spam folder.
