Add "job start" when you start a job, entering the assigned ticket #, and adding "job completed" when finished and immediately adding "job start" for the next job when they leave the job site of the completed job For lunch period enter job completed and once lunch period ends enter "job start" for the next job.LUNCH BREAK POLICIES For non vacant units,if the service order does not give me start and end times /dates, DO NOT START THE JOB and ask the person who sent you the ticket to provide this information in the service order.
Go to the "Xora Timetrack " icon on your phone. It has a Cross on it. Select "JOB" and hit enter and then "START" Enter "JOB No:" . This will be the ticket # provided by SDCPM .Do not invent one yourself. If you enter time for an invalid ticket it will be excluded from payroll .If you made an error email ac@sdcpm.com with details Leave the "comment field" blank Hit "enter" and then "submit" You will get a message saying "job accepted" and will go to a new menu Select "JOB Status change" ADD DETAILS OF THE WORK YOU DID |
