1: SCHEDULED DATE AND VENDOR NAME

A: Each service order you receive will show you as the vendor will include the max for each job

B: If it does not include this information tell the person who sent you the ticket to correct and resend 

C: Do not do any work if your name is not shown as the vendor in the ticket.

D: Do not start any job if some of the information is missing from the ticket or it not clear but ask the person who gave you it for to explain.


2: WILL I BE ABLE TO COMPLETE THE WORK FOR THE TOTAL AUTHORIZED ?


3: MATERIAL PURCHASE LIMITS FOR PURCHASES FROM HOME DEPOT


4: I STARTED JOB ALREADY BUT NEED MORE TIME OR /AND NEED TO SPEND MORE ON MATERIALS THAN ALLOWED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?If you start the job but then find you need more time, advise the person who sent you the service order how much more time you need and why you were not able to let them know this before starting the job.


5: I EXCEEDED AUTHORIZED TIME OR/AND MATERIAL COST WHAT WILL HAPPEN?

If you work outside the scheduled time on the service you will be paid for the excess as required by law but this is a serious violation of your employment agreement and continued violation may result in termination, suspension of employment or reduction in hourly pay rate.


If you can prove you were allowed to exceed the amount shown on the service order, eg voicemail/email from SDCPM authorized employee forward that to ac@sdcpm.com for review.This authorization must have been given before you completed the work and not afterward.
