1: Make a copy of the inspection using the HI app

2: On the  new, copied inspection, if any of the items have been done change the hours or materials (whatever is applicable) to be                   empty. You do not need to remove the text or photos as SDCPM office will do this unless you need to correct the photos or text 

3: Save the new inspection 

4: Let the person who assigned you the ticket know you have completed it
