KEYS AND REMOTES LOST/STOLEN s.sdcpm.com/lost

1: I LOST/MISLAID  MY ENTRANCE DOOR KEYS AND AM LOCKED OUT OR NEED A MAILBOX KEY COPY

A: Please call our office at (619) 220-4840 ext 2 during OFFICE HOURS to ask if we have a spare key available for you to pick up.

B: You will need to provide photo identification so we can match to our records for your security.

C: If we do have a spare key the following charges apply and we will give you thirty days to pay for. We do not allow for payments to be made in our office in our office

$20 If you pick up during OFFICE HOURS 

$50 If we deliver to you during OFFICE HOURS

$75 If we deliver to you outside OFFICE HOURS


D: If we do not have a spare key for you

     1: Door locks we can  CHANGE THEM OR 

     2: Mailbox keys, the replacement cost is $50 and normally can be done within one business day,  and with your approval, we will leave the key on your kitchen countertop if you are not home.



2: MY KEYS/REMOTE CONTROL/CLICKER WERE STOLEN AND I NEED THE LOCKS OR REMOTE CONTROL REPLACED
A: Call (619) 220-4840 ext 6 to request locks is changed or/and remote replaced with new code
You will receive a bill from ac@sdcpm.com and will have 30 days to pay it
B: Report the lost to the police and email info@sdcpm.com a copy of the police report
