IF I HAVE TO MOVE OUT TEMPORARILY TO ALLOW REPAIRS:s.sdcpm.com/movetemp

1. You will receive a rent credit for the days you have to move out equal to your monthly rent divided by 30  
     For example, if you rent is $1,500 a month    and you need to move out for 3 days, the credit will be $1,500 divided by 30 times 3 which  equals $150

2: If you will not be able to move back within 3 days 
    We will give you an advance credit of 7 days and keep doing this until you are able to move back  in  before the  7 days have finished, we  will adjust the credit for the actual number of days you were able  to      live in the property.

3. If you have renters insurance 
    You may be able to make a claim for additional costs incurred due to them having to move out 

4: If you are in Section 8
    Any rent credit will be calculated on your monthly "Tenant" portion of the rent due.

5: If you decided to move out permanently ,and by the time you moved out we had not yet credited you as above for your  temporary move out, this rent credit will be included in your                 security deposit  payment (see  s.sdcpm.com/moveout)
