IF I HAVE TO MOVE OUT TEMPORARILY TO ALLOW REPAIRS:movetemp.sdcpm.com

1. You will receive a rent credit for the days you have to move out equal to your monthly rent divided by 30  For example if you rent is $1,500 a month
and you need to move out for 3 days, the credit will be $1,500 divided by 30 times 3 which equals $150
2: If you will not be able to move back within 3 days we will give you an advance credit of 7 days and keep doing this until you are able to
move back  in  before the  7 days has finished, we will adjust the credit for the actual number of days you were able to live in the property.
3. If you have renters insurance you  may be able to make a claim for additional costs incurred due to them having to move out and we recommend
all tenants get renters insurance for the reasons stated in  RENTERS INSURANCE INFORMATION FOR TENANTS.
4: If you are on Section 8, any rent credit will be calculated on your monthly "Tenant" portion of the rent due.
