HOW DO I GET STARTED?

Contact the office at 619-220-4840 ext 612 or email twa@sdcpm.com and a unique PayLease Community Payments Member ID # will be assigned to you.  This ID# can be emailed, texted or sent to you by US Mail.


WHERE CAN I PAY?

Any Walmart Money Center (located inside Walmart stores) 

WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE THE CASHIER? 
Present the cashier/teller with your Paylease ID#


WHO CAN USE THIS SERVICE?
All current tenants of SDCPM, excluding those who are under eviction.

HOW does MUCH do IT COST?
Normally there is a $4 fee per payment that you pay to the location you make the payment.

WHEN WILL YOU SHOW THE PAYMENT BEING RECEIVED?
We will show the date you paid the rent  on the date we received it. 

CAN I USE THIS SERVICE TO AVOID LATE FEES?
Yes, as long as the payment is made by 11.59pm on the day before the late fee is due, no late fee will be charged. Normally rents are due by the 3rd calendar day of the month, and a late fee of $50 is due if, not paid by 11.59pm that day, but check your rental agreement for details.

MUST I PAY THE FULL RENT DUE?
Yes, if you pay only a part of your full rent due, you will be disabled from using the service in the future

CAN I PAY NON-RENT CHARGES (eg late fees, "Charge to tenants" etc)
Yes.

CAN I STILL PAY  ONLINE IN FUTURE?
Yes. You can switch between paying at Walmart or paying online at any time. 

WHAT PROOF DO I GET THAT I PAID THE RENT?
We will give you a unique 10 digit  Paylease Community Payments ID# so any payments made to that # will be credited to you. When you pay you should also get a receipt from the location that receives your payment. See the example below and make sure it shows PAYLEASE as the BILLER  Please keep the receipts for at least six months. If we do not receive payment we will let you know. We can email you this ID#  Make sure the receipt shows the amount of the payment you are making us 



WHAT IF I STILL NEED TO GET  A RENT  RECEIPT?
Please email your request to ac@sdcpm.com or call our office, at least, two business days  after you made your cash pay payment  to schedule a time to pick up a receipt. 

CAN EACH ROOMMATE HAVE THEIR OWN ID #?
No, we only issue one ID# per residence. Anyone can use this ID# to pay us
