1. If we deduct your rent automatically each month, email ac@sdcpm.com to authorize us to try again to charge your account for the
    rent due. 
2 . If you made the payment online yourself, try again with a new payment online. 
3. The above options are not available if you had two or more rejected payments in the last twelve months, in which case you will need to 
    pay another way for the next six months and then email@sdcpm.com to request to be allowed to pay online again
