A: Can I change my bank account info later online: Yes, under "Saved Payment Information"


B: I do not have a bank account. Can someone else pay my rent from their bank account bank account? Yes

C: CAN YOU DO A TEST ELECTRONIC WITHDRAWAL OF $1 ONLY?


D: I OVERPAID IN ERROR ONLINE, CAN YOU SEND ME A REFUND?


E: MY PAYMENT WAS REJECTED FOR INSUFFICIENT FUNDS, CAN YOU RE-DEPOSIT IT?


F: HOW CAN I PAY RENT THAT IS NOT YET DUE?


G: WHY WAS MY PAYMENT WAS NOT DEDUCTED FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT YET?


H: HOW CAN I GET PROOF I PAID MY RENT? You will only get an email confirmation if you set up auto rent deduction. However

But if you wish, you can print out your statement/transaction record to show the payments you made.

Any payments you see online will appear in our system immediately, regardless if by auto rent deduction or manual deduction


I: I paid online and received a "Response ID" when I did this, but my "TWA" Online portal does not show the payment. Please email the "Response ID" to ss@sdcpm.com to investigate


J: I got a notice online saying " A convenience fee may be added to your payment account.

Ignore it as no fee will be charged
