HOW DO I RETURN KEYS WHEN I MOVE OUT ?:s.sdcpm.com/key

A: All keys, including any gate/pool/mailbox/other entry devices or common area keys, remote controls etc need to be returned to us


B: If you do not return them when you move out, you may be charged the replacement cost incurred by the property owner.


C: Once you have returned the keys we will normally change the locks including your Mailbox lock


D: Please use one of the following three options:

1: LEAVE IN LOCKBOX.

This is the recommended option if you can see a lock box installed on your front door, otherwise or if you are not sure if there is a lock box installed or not, then choose 2 or 3 below

We will install this on your front door before you move out and will text you the code that will work for the expected move out date plus the code for the day before and another for the day after, in case you don't move out on the expected date

A: Leave anything that does not fit in the lockbox (eg remote controls) on the kitchen countertop

B: Notify us that you have done above by texting us at (619) 431-4650

2: DELIVER KEYS to our office by scheduling a time/date online to do this at rebrand.ly/officevisit


    3: MAIL THEM to our OFFICE. We recommend you send by certified mail or other traceable means
