Items below, whilst recommended by SDCPM  (in addition to  REQUIRED (R)  will only be done if approved by the owner

1: Door stops: Can protect walls/door and also can help prevent small fingers and hands from being pinched or crushed in            doors and door hinges


3: Grouting 

4: Sprinklers

5: Water Pressure over 80 PSI

6: Air Conditioning filters and sealant 

7: Drain strainers for tubs/showers. Recommended so that as explained in tenant policy, we can charge tenants if drain backed up due to the hair.

8: Minor Leaks

9: Fireplace inspection/cleaning (NFPA recommends annually)
