FIRE EXTINGUISHERS AND FIRE REGULATIONS: fire.sdcpm.com

1. If the property has 4 or more units and is not an HOA then SDCPM will use their  preferred vendor  to do the required annual inspections and compliance 
    for common area fire extinguishers as per law that says"
     "Portable fire extinguishers shall be provided and maintained in every apartment house and hotel. The number and type of portable fire extinguishers
       to be installed shall be determined by the enforcement agency. However, the minimum requirements shall be as set forth in Title 19, Chapter 1,
