PHOTOS FOR VACANCIES.

Does a tenant have the right to not allow the landlord to take interior
photos of their residence to show to a prospective renter/buyer (assuming
the photos exclude people/pets) ?

It depends upon the facts of the case and the reasons set forth by the resident, but most important is the particular judge hearing the case as there is no case on point.  This state's judiciary leans heavily towards the right of privacy.
