IF YOU TELL US TO PUT ON HOLD SIGNING A RENTAL AGREEMENT WITH A PROSPECT RENTER



1. If you tell us to put on hold any lease signing as you may have a buyer for the property or you or your friend/relative may want to move 
     into the property or stay there, then once we have approved a prospective renter we will let them know their application has been approved 
     but we cannot sign the lease until we get your approval and if they want to get a refund on their application fees or /and on any holding deposit 
     they paid we will give provide them the refund .
     Any application fees refunded by us in this case would be charged as an expense to your  account and would show with the
     expense type "Tenant allowance"
