PAYMENTS FROM YOU to SDCPM :s.sdcpm.com/opay

Property owners can make payments to SDCPM using the following options.Payment will show on your monthly financial statement as“Paid from owner to SDCPM”


1: If we manage another property for you, you can authorize to transfer funds from that other property 


2: ELECTRONIC DEDUCTION FROM YOUR BANK (Recommended method)


ALLOW SDCPM TO DEDUCT PAYMENT FROM BANK ACCOUNT

Email ac@sdcpm.com to authorize James Burrell to deduct the amount due electronically from your bank checking/savings account, using the same bank account information we use to pay you each month.

We will reply to confirm receipt of your authorization and the money should show deducted from your account within ten days.

If you have not yet provided us your bank information, please fax us a voided check to (619) 453-0486 or email ac@sdcpm.com your bank name, account #, and routing /ABA #.

ALLOW SDCPM TO DEDUCT PAYMENT FROM YOUR CREDIT CARD

Email jb@sdcpm.com or fax (619) 839-3919  your 16 digit credit card # and expiration date and 3 digit code on the back of the card There is a 3.5% processing fee incurred by SDCPM that will be added to the charge (waived for A1 Property Maintenance bills).

If the amount is over $25,000 please write separate checks so none are over $25K
